Your reflections are yours.

Your reflections are visible to no other member. The two of us who run WellDone could, in principle, read them; there is no technical barrier, only a rule we hold ourselves to and a record of any direct read.

We will never sell, rent, or share your reflections or your data with advertisers or data brokers. There are no ads here, and there never will be.

When you write here — a reflection, a prayer, a sentence typed to find your way — the words are sent to an AI service to do the work you asked for, and to run a safety check that looks for someone in danger. They are processed and returned. They are not kept there, not used to train anything, and not read by us as they pass.

Extracts of reflections you have already written pass through it again wherever a feature reads across them. We never store your reflections for AI training, and we never will.

The sentence you type is used to find the doors and to run the safety check, and then it is gone. We keep nothing from it — there is no copy to delete, because none was made.

That safety check was built and reviewed by WellDone's owner working with AI, and no independent clinical evaluation has been carried out. We say how it was made, and what nobody knows about it, so you can decide for yourself whether to rely on it: how the safety screening was built.

Some services we rely on publish retention terms that are less clear than we would like. Where that is true, we limit what we send, and we name them openly below.

A conversation you have with Wayfinder stays with your account, so you can pick it up on another device. We keep it for 90 days after your last message and then delete it. You can clear any conversation yourself from the panel, and erasing your account erases them with it.

Export what you have written or recorded — your words and your voice, yours to take. Any time, in one click, from Settings → Data & Export: Export everything for your writing and Download my media for your audio and video.

This is true of single reflections too — delete one, and it is gone at once, everywhere.

Delete your account and every reflection permanently, in one click, with no retention. Responses you left for others are erased with you. Spaces you steward pass to their longest-standing member. Remembrances you submitted remain, unattributed, for the families they serve.
