Common questions
Report a problem
Didn't find what you needed? Tell us what's happening — we'll get back to you at the email you provide.
Concerned about an account?
WellDone GFS is for adults. Quietly tell us an account may belong to a minor — it does not tell the account that you wrote.

Except where a section says otherwise, these are United States services. If you are somewhere else, your local emergency number is the fastest route to help, and searching for a national helpline in your own country will reach people who can act where you are. We do not yet hold verified numbers for every country, and we would rather say so than send you somewhere wrong.
Palliative and hospice support
Palliative care is not hospice. It runs alongside treatment, from diagnosis onward, and is about living with an illness rather than the end of one — which is why it is the first thing listed here.
- CaringInfo (National Alliance for Care at Home) — 800-658-8898
- getpalliativecare.org — look for the provider directory — the better first stop for someone not yet on hospice
- allianceforcareathome.org — hospice, palliative and bereavement services — look for Find a Provider — the directory moved here in the NHPCO/NAHC merger
- caringinfo.org — palliative care, hospice care and caregiving — free consumer guides from the National Alliance for Care at Home

Coram Family Lives says all calls, emails and chats are confidential, that it will only break confidentiality if there is a life-threatening situation or a child or adult is felt to be at risk of significant harm, and that calls are not recorded. Its own words, read on 11 September 2026.
