Becoming Circle
A small circle for identity, purpose, and the long work of becoming whole.
A gentle, ongoing circle for the deeper questions: Who am I? Whose am I? What is God forming in me? Not a self-help group. A formation circle that walks the long road of identity and calling in the company of others.
Why it matters
Scripture is the long story of God patiently forming people — calling them by name, giving them a new name, walking with them through wilderness, and bringing them into their belovedness and their calling. A Becoming Circle keeps the slow work of identity from being done alone.

Gentle rhythms
- Meet on a steady, unhurried rhythm.
- Open with a question of becoming, not a question of performance.
- Listen long before responding. Bless each person by name.
- Close in prayer that names what God seems to be forming.
How to form one
- Begin with 3–5 people willing to walk slowly for a long season.
- Invite a mentor who can hold the deeper questions with patience.
- Anchor every meeting in scripture and silence.
- Let the circle be a place of becoming, never a place of comparison.
